Let the Demo begin!
PHASE 1 - Demo
Like most of our projects, they begin with one of us having a sporadic urge to get the ball rolling. One Friday after work, the urge hit Keegan. To my surprise, I found him loading remnants of the vanity into his truck bed. Right then I knew there was no turning back so we both rolled up our sleeves and got to work.
Since I was several months pregnant, he did most of the grunt work demoing the vanity, toilet (no thank you), tile floor & tub shower insert.
I took care of the drywall removal & prep for the wainscoting we had planned.
After enjoying a little demo therapy, I was ready to get this space tidied and put back together.
Our garage was also beginning to give me anxiety with the growing pile of materials sitting on standby.
